SHIPPING NOTES:
Please allow 24 hours for processing. We strive to ship products within two business days, however due to certain product availability, please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. Orders paid for by check/money order will be shipped within 7 days of account clearance.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS: If an item is lost of damaged in transit, we will work directly with you and the United States Post Office to file an insurance claim 30 days after mailing. (NOTE): Items will not automatically be replaced by “Nubbins By Heather” until after the insurance claim has been processed and monies for lost or damaged items collected..
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
Unfortunately, we do not offer insurance on International orders, due to the terrific high prices. Therefore, all International customers buy at their own risk. We regret having to enforce this policy; however , we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged International shipments and do not automatically offer replacements free of charge.
